Whether you served in Korea, Vietnam, the Gulf, Iraq, Afghanistan, or anywhere in between, the Veterans of Foreign Wars is your organization. We are built on a bond forged on the battlefield and strengthened through decades of service at home.
The VFW Department of Wisconsin is made up of Posts across the state, united by a single mission: to honor and support those who served with courage and sacrifice.
As yesterday’s defenders of freedom, we welcome today’s service members into our ranks. Your service matters. Your community is here.
While there may be changes in how we operate, our mission has not changed. Our commitment remains firmly centered on serving Veterans, Service Members, and their families throughout Wisconsin.
The work we do—advocating for Veterans, connecting them with the benefits and resources they have earned, supporting our communities, and standing ready to serve—remains our highest priority.
We understand that change takes time, and we appreciate your patience as we move forward together. We will continue to communicate, listen to our members, and work to make decisions that strengthen the VFW and enhance our ability to serve.
